Service
Service is what puts us ahead. Whenever you need assistance, just press your Help button to connect to the Link to Life Response Center. A skilled professional will answer your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And support is available in 140 languages - more languages than there are spoken in the United States!
The day after you call, we follow up to check on your status. If you've been hospitalized, we'll contact friends or family to make sure someone takes care of tasks like collecting your mail or feeding your pet. Once you're back home, we'll place a "welcome home" call as a reminder we're always here for you.
All Link to Life subscribers receive a wallet-sized Safe Travel Card. If a problem occurs outside your home, our card allows responders to contact our Response Center for your personal medical profile. From there, we'll notify your loved ones with information on your condition. Think of the card as a "safety net for when you're not at home."
Finally, Link to Life is a family-run business, so we don't "answer" to shareholders. Our primary concern is treating you the way we would want our own family members to be treated.

When you contact the Link to Life Response Center, you'll speak with a professional who is compassionate and experienced.
They take the time to listen to you, assess your situation and provide a calming voice when you need it most. And if you accidentally press your Help button, don't worry - with Link to Life, there's no such thing as a "false alarm." In fact, we encourage you to test your button often so that you're comfortable with how it works.
All of our operators undergo six to eight weeks of classroom training upon joining Link to Life. So before even taking their first call, they know how to handle a variety of situations. Our operators also understand our equipment inside and out - and how to troubleshoot should the need arise. And to stay sharp, our operators receive training on an ongoing basis. 
Flexibility
Link to Life is your link to whatever your needs are. You can press your Help button when there's a medical emergency, of course, but also if you just feel like talking with someone (or even if you suspect someone might be breaking into your house). Plus, you may elect to receive up to three calls daily at predetermined times as reminders to take medication, complete a daily activity, etc.

Equipment
When you sign up with a medical alert provider, you want to know you can count on the equipment. With Link to Life, you can.
Our service comes with an LTL 4000 base unit and a Help button, a lightweight pendant to wear around your neck or wrist. Each piece uses the latest technology and provides features that support independent living and enhance your safety.
Installation
Link to Life can install and activate your service most anywhere in the United States within 24 to 72 hours from the time of your request. (We may even be able to do same-day installs if necessary.) At the installation, we also show you how the equipment works and how to test it.
If you prefer a more cost-efficient alternative, you may choose to install the unit yourself. Our equipment is very easy to install; it's much like installing an answering machine.
